Summer School Holidays Intermediate Skills Training

JoFlow Academy’s Intermediate Skills Program is designed for players who have mastered the basics and are ready to elevate their game. This program focuses on refining existing skills and introducing advanced techniques to enhance basketball IQ and prepare athletes for competitive play. Coaches work on improving shooting, ball-handling, passing, footwork, and decision-making while incorporating position-specific training and team-oriented play. Players also develop defensive and offensive strategies, communication, and consistency to perform at a higher level. The program aims to create well-rounded athletes who can think critically and execute faster-paced plays in real-game scenarios.
